AIM (Assisting Indigenous Ministries) Since the year 2000 we have used Charles at MATS on an annual basis to plan our mission outreaches to Kenya, Tanzania and Uganda. Charles is a man of integrety and character. I am comfortable with leaving my team in his hands when I have other work that must be done. On a personal note, I have taken my children to Kenya and entrusted them to Charles care when I was called away to the other side of Nairobi to handle a problem.
